The title is "What's The Reason?" and we are delighted to be able to offer such a striking remembrance of a time gone by. Importantly, this sheet music presents an absolutely spectacular New York City graphic. CONDITION is extremely nice. We have carefully inspected, and it is complete. The cover is superb. Due to just a little slight wear visible upon inspection, we grade it VERY FINE. Like most of the sheet music of this era, this piece measures about 9" x 12". PHOTOS: Our photos look somewhat darker and fuzzier than the actual sheet music. The item itself is sharply printed and still looks much like it did when new. It would make a great conversation piece if framed and hung on a corporate or collector's wall. We are providing a large scan so everyone can see how nice this is. It is over 75 years old!
